The New Village Fete takes Liverpool by storm!
The first market hit the ground running back in May and now has more events planned in the months leading up till Christmas.
Held in the unlikely bar venue of Heebie Jeebies on Seel street, on the first Saturday of every month, the market offers a distinct sociable shopping experience combined with busy festival like charm.
Stalls include men's & women's Fashions, Jewellery, Photography and alternative crafts and if that doesn't entice you, maybe the tasty BBQ, face painter, chilled beers and free live bands throughout the day will?
What better way in which all ages can enjoy a relaxed Saturday daytime.
Local entrepreneur and organiser of the event Helen Hope says, “Liverpool is just bubbling over with creativity.” She added “the city was crying out for something new to showcase rising talent and now it has it."
The market successfully Emulates larger ventures in the capital.... and why not?! With all the tourism pouring into the city following Liverpool’s Capital of Culture year, it’s about time we gave London a run for its money!
