The Technology Strategy Board (TSB) published their new £26m Creative Industries Strategy last week. Alongside the Strategy, the TSB is announcing a number of funding programmes to be launched in the next six months. This major new investment is intended to boost innovation and growth for the UK's creative and digital businesses. The funding is aimed at major collaborative research and development projects. Do you Oggcamp? - Free open source technology event in Liverpool
You do, well I shall see you there - If you don't then why ever not?
Don't you know that OggCamp is the largest Open Source and Free Culture event in the UK and is now entering it's 5th year?
That it has gradually grown to 400+ attendees and had talks from such luminaries as Stephen Fry?
As free and open source culture events go they don't get much better than this - in fact I'm not sure if there are any other free and open source culture events. This really does beat the AND Festival. hands down.
